I work at the intersection of health, education, justice, climate and living systems thinking to help leaders deepen impact, navigate complexity and deliver tangible change.


Purpose led leaders, innovators & changemakers are facing unprecedented disruptions; budgets are tighter, communities are more complex and the demands are often overwhelming. Furthermore, burnout, organisational and community challenges often derail change efforts.


Through leadership, culture, strategy & design I help people respond differently & co-create personal & collective transformation in a way that builds leadership from the ground up and instils confidence, creativity & resilience – even while navigating adversity & stress.


Utilising my trauma-informed Social Evolution Impact Framework, I support leaders to move beyond problem solving to creating the conditions that uplift people’s agency & improve whole-systems health, justice, resilience & wellbeing.

Complex problems have roots that are embedded across whole systems. Meaningful, lasting responses recognise the internal & external interconnectedness of the elements of a system - from the personal to the systemic – the economic, social, cultural and environmental as well as the legacy of personal & collective trauma.  Transformative responses are designed to be relational & life-affirming.

About Me

I am an International Coaching Federation ACC certified process orientated coach and hold qualifications in Marketing (UTS), Adaptive Leadership, and Train the Trainer as well as training in psychotherapy (Human Givens)

With 25 years experience, I have worked across the spectrum from grass roots community change in indigenous communities, building social movements and social enterprises to working with leading brands and government on environmental behaviour change programs and products. Working in a changing, challenging environment with diverse stakeholders is daily practice.

I have been privileged to work across different worlds, and, as a Board Member of the Miriam Rose Foundation, I learnt alongside elder Dr Miriam Rose Ungumerr Baumann (OA) for many years. Here I learnt about Dadirri and Indigenous ways of knowing, being and doing. I discovered western science is only now catching up with Indigenous knowledge that has been held for 40 000 years.

As a member of the Executive Team at Planet Ark Environmental Foundation, I witnessed the world’s slow awakening to the realities of climate change – and the technical responses we collectively offered to this so very adaptive challenge. It was here that I instigated Australia’s first research on Australian children’s changing relationship with nature , which catalysed a national conversation and response through National Tree Day. This is some of my work that I hold most dear.

However, it was a period of deep learning and personal change that shifted my worldview and taught me about human systems, development & deep change. I learnt the limitations of western psychology, thinking and culture. – and the extent of trauma in ourselves, our organisations and our communities.

Through an ecological & regenerative approach, I now work to create deeper connection and collaboration with others, and draw from the science of trauma and living systems to apply this to our social change efforts and the creation of resilient systems. It is the restoration of life affirming relationships – to ourselves, each other and the planet - that point the way to the regenerative and transformative change we so urgently need and naturally shapes social change - and changemaking - that is more resilient, adaptive and life-centred.
